سياسة الخصوصية
تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع موقع آشكاين (achkayen.com) وتطبيق «آشكاين» على Android وiPhone المعطيات ويستعملها ويشاركها. باستعمالك للموقع أو التطبيق فأنت توافق على هذه السياسة.
1. المعطيات التي نجمعها
- التعليقات: عند كتابة تعليق نطلب الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ونص التعليق، ونسجل عنوان IP لمكافحة الرسائل المزعجة. البريد الإلكتروني لا يُنشر أبدا.
- الإشعارات: إذا قبلت الإشعارات، نحفظ رمز الإشعار الخاص بهاتفك ونوع النظام (Android أو iOS) واختياراتك (كل الإشعارات، العاجل ومواضيعك، العاجل فقط) والأقسام التي اخترتها في «أخباري».
- إحصائيات الاستعمال: ينشئ التطبيق معرّفا عشوائيا لا يرتبط بهويتك، ونخزنه مشفرا (hash) لحساب عدد المستخدمين يوميا وعدد قراءات كل مقال. لا نجمع اسمك ولا رقم هاتفك ولا موقعك الجغرافي ولا جهات اتصالك.
- التفاعلات: عند التفاعل مع تعليق (👍 ❤️ …) نستعمل نفس المعرّف العشوائي المشفر حتى لا يُحتسب التفاعل مرتين.
- الإعلانات: يعرض التطبيق إعلانات Google AdMob. قد تجمع Google معرّف الإعلانات ومعلومات الجهاز وعنوان IP لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال، حسب الموافقة التي تعطيها.
- معطيات تبقى على هاتفك فقط: المقالات المحفوظة، نسخة القراءة دون إنترنت، حجم الخط والوضع الليلي. هذه المعطيات لا تُرسل إلينا.
2. لماذا نستعمل هذه المعطيات
- نشر التعليقات وإدارتها ومكافحة الرسائل المزعجة.
- إرسال الإشعارات التي اخترتها.
- معرفة المقالات الأكثر قراءة وتحسين التطبيق.
- عرض الإعلانات التي تموّل الموقع.
3. مع من نشارك المعطيات
نحن لا نبيع معطياتك. نستعمل فقط مزودي خدمات ضروريين لعمل الموقع والتطبيق:
- Google AdMob (الإعلانات): كيف تستعمل Google المعطيات · سياسة خصوصية Google.
- Expo (إرسال الإشعارات) ثم Google Firebase Cloud Messaging وخدمة Apple Push لإيصالها إلى هاتفك: سياسة Expo · سياسة Apple.
- مزود الاستضافة الذي يخزن الموقع وقاعدة بياناته.
قد نكشف عن المعطيات إذا طلبت ذلك سلطة مختصة وفق القانون.
4. موافقتك واختياراتك
- في أوروبا والمناطق المعنية، يطلب منك التطبيق موافقتك على الإعلانات المخصصة عند أول فتح، ويمكنك رفضها.
- على iPhone، يطلب التطبيق إذنك قبل أي تتبع (App Tracking Transparency).
- يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات أو تغيير نوعها من: الإعدادات ← الإشعارات داخل التطبيق، أو من إعدادات الهاتف.
- يمكنك إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه من إعدادات هاتفك.
- حذف التطبيق يحذف كل المعطيات المحفوظة على هاتفك.
5. مدة الحفظ
- رموز الإشعارات تُحذف تلقائيا عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق أو عندما تصبح غير صالحة.
- الإحصائيات تُحفظ على شكل أرقام مجمّعة.
- التعليقات تبقى منشورة ما لم تطلب حذفها.
6. حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على معطياتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها (مثلا حذف تعليق أو بريدك الإلكتروني) بمراسلتنا على [email protected]. نجيب في أقرب الآجال.
7. الأطفال
الموقع والتطبيق موجهان لعموم القراء وليسا موجهين للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا نجمع عن قصد معطيات عنهم.
8. الأمان
تنتقل كل الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر HTTPS المشفر.
9. تغيير هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Achkayen website (achkayen.com) and the “Achkayen” app for Android and iPhone collect, use and share data.
1. Data we collect
- Comments: name, email address and comment text; your IP address is recorded to fight spam. Your email is never published.
- Push notifications: if you allow notifications, we store your device push token, platform (Android/iOS), your notification preference (all, breaking + my topics, breaking only) and the topics you chose in “أخباري”.
- Usage statistics: the app generates a random identifier that is not linked to your identity; we store it hashed to count daily users and article reads. We do not collect your name, phone number, location or contacts.
- Comment reactions: the same hashed random identifier prevents counting a reaction twice.
- Advertising: the app shows Google AdMob ads. Google may collect the advertising ID, device information and IP address to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, according to the consent you give.
- Stored only on your phone: saved articles, offline reading copy, font size and dark mode. These never leave your device.
2. How we use data
To publish and moderate comments, send the notifications you chose, know which articles are most read and improve the app, and show the ads that fund the website.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only use service providers needed to run the service: Google AdMob (ads – how Google uses data, Google privacy policy); Expo, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service (notification delivery – Expo privacy, Apple privacy); and our hosting provider. Data may be disclosed if required by law.
4. Your choices
- Where required (e.g. EU/EEA/UK), the app asks for your consent to personalised ads on first launch; you can refuse.
- On iPhone, the app asks permission before any tracking (App Tracking Transparency).
- You can turn notifications off or change their type in the app (Settings → Notifications) or in your phone settings.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings.
- Uninstalling the app deletes all data stored on your phone.
5. Retention
Push tokens are deleted automatically when the app is uninstalled or the token becomes invalid. Statistics are kept as aggregated numbers. Comments stay published unless you ask us to delete them.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data (for example a comment or your email address) by writing to [email protected].
7. Children
The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Security
All communication between the app and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date of the last update is shown at the top.

Politique de confidentialité
Cette politique explique comment le site Achkayen (achkayen.com) et l’application « Achkayen » pour Android et iPhone collectent, utilisent et partagent les données.
1. Données collectées
- Commentaires : nom, adresse e-mail et texte du commentaire ; l’adresse IP est enregistrée pour lutter contre le spam. L’e-mail n’est jamais publié.
- Notifications : si vous les acceptez, nous enregistrons le jeton de notification de l’appareil, le système (Android/iOS), votre choix (toutes, urgentes + mes sujets, urgentes seulement) et les rubriques choisies dans « أخباري ».
- Statistiques : l’app génère un identifiant aléatoire, sans lien avec votre identité, conservé sous forme hachée pour compter les utilisateurs quotidiens et les lectures d’articles. Nous ne collectons ni nom, ni numéro de téléphone, ni localisation, ni contacts.
- Réactions aux commentaires : le même identifiant aléatoire haché évite de compter une réaction deux fois.
- Publicité : l’app affiche des annonces Google AdMob. Google peut collecter l’identifiant publicitaire, des informations sur l’appareil et l’adresse IP pour diffuser et mesurer les annonces et prévenir la fraude, selon le consentement donné.
- Stocké uniquement sur votre téléphone : articles enregistrés, copie pour la lecture hors-ligne, taille du texte, mode sombre. Ces données ne quittent pas l’appareil.
2. Utilisation
Publier et modérer les commentaires, envoyer les notifications choisies, connaître les articles les plus lus et améliorer l’app, afficher les publicités qui financent le site.
3. Partage
Nous ne vendons pas vos données. Seuls les prestataires nécessaires au service y ont accès : Google AdMob (publicité – utilisation des données par Google, règles de confidentialité Google) ; Expo, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging et Apple Push Notification service (acheminement des notifications – Expo, Apple) ; et notre hébergeur. Les données peuvent être communiquées si la loi l’exige.
4. Vos choix
- Lorsque c’est requis (UE/EEE/Royaume-Uni), l’app demande votre consentement aux annonces personnalisées au premier lancement ; vous pouvez refuser.
- Sur iPhone, l’app demande votre autorisation avant tout suivi (App Tracking Transparency).
- Vous pouvez désactiver les notifications ou changer leur type dans l’app (Réglages → Notifications) ou dans les réglages du téléphone.
- Vous pouvez réinitialiser ou supprimer l’identifiant publicitaire dans les réglages du téléphone.
- Désinstaller l’app supprime toutes les données stockées sur le téléphone.
5. Durée de conservation
Les jetons de notification sont supprimés automatiquement à la désinstallation ou lorsqu’ils deviennent invalides. Les statistiques sont conservées sous forme de chiffres agrégés. Les commentaires restent publiés sauf demande de suppression.
6. Vos droits
Vous pouvez demander l’accès, la rectification ou la suppression de vos données (par exemple un commentaire ou votre e-mail) en écrivant à [email protected].
7. Enfants
Le service s’adresse au grand public et ne vise pas les enfants de moins de 13 ans. Nous ne collectons pas sciemment leurs données.
8. Sécurité
Toutes les communications entre l’app et nos serveurs passent par HTTPS chiffré.
9. Modifications
Cette politique peut être mise à jour ; la date de dernière mise à jour figure en haut.
